My back is so much worse today, I can barely sit upright in this chair. As it is, I am on the edge, just my butt hanging off it. There are shooting pains down my legs, right one especially, right down to the ankle. This getting older shit is truly for the birds. What the fuck did I do to merit this kind of discomfort?9:01 a.m.
