Sex is good for you!

Yes, yes, I realize I just updated a few hours ago, but there was an article my husband pointed out to me in yesterday�s paper that I felt I just had to share with you. Unfortunately I couldn�t find a link to it online, so I scanned it and have linked to my photobucket. Basically, it says that sex, regular sex, twice a week sex, is good for you, and then it goes on to list all the reasons why. What other encouragement do you need?
