Pie

I have very little new to report. My voice is starting to get back in shape, the excess avoirdupoids are starting to drop off, slowly as always, but it's something, and I made a dynamite peach crumble-top pie with the nectarines and peaches that were starting to go mouldy in the baskets on the kitchen counter. I love the plethora of fruit available at this time of year, and I hate putting it in the fridge because it's always ice cold when you go to eat it, and it tastes so much better when it's room temperature, but it goes bad more quickly. So, I make pie.
