Little Princess and I hit the mall this afternoon, ate Thai food, she bought funny hand warmers that don’t really keep you warm and a measuring tape, I bought anti-aging night cream, day cream and eye cream, and we found a present suitable for a one-year-old to give the daughter of the tennis pro when Hubby and I go back to Puerto Plata next week.

I need to get away from here, from the stupidity of the department where I work, from this crazy winter weather, from the internet which is both a blessing and a curse, and spend some quality time with my husband with whom I am destined to grow old. I mean, who else would have me?
